History

Our vision is of a totally wireless interconnected world. The design and manufacturing of an efficient and well integrated antenna system allows devices to be easily connected each other optimizing the energy resources and the dimensional constraints. Dynaflex’s seamless effort is to improve its ability in delivering up-to-date reliable design customized solutions and allowing its customers to concentrate resources on their added values skills. The antenna design process in a wireless device often requires high specialization and targeted instrumentation. The physical world of the electromagnetic fields is driven by defined rules and mathematical laws which take into account many variables which are not always considered to have a significant impact on the system functionality. An antenna occupies a volume which is much bigger that its physical dimensions.
Our products are actually integrated in telecom applications which span over a wide range of enviroments, facing issues strongly defined by the external conditions. Our antennas are in stratospheric ballons designed for web diffusion, in monitoring systems of water levels in desertic wells, in the domestic energy system measurement devices, in the e-mobility recharging stations, in medical applications, in the vehicles of fire brigades.
Dynaflex’s laboratory resources are suitable to fully characterize the electrical parameters of an antenna up to 6 GHz frequency.

Currently, the R&D service includes network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and instruments for measuring the Signal and Noise ratio for frequencies up to 6 GHz. All production is characterized by measuring the radiation parameters using an OTA-type anechoic chamber.

The internal laboratory and the CAD system allow the design and measurement of the antenna parameters from 1 MHz to 5 GHz. The development of the projects is coordinated and directed by the engineer Luca Niccolai graduated from the University of Bologna in Electronic Engineering in 1986.

To assure the reliability and the efficiency of its product Dynaflex's R&D and test facilities include CAD simulators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, probe antennas and S/N measuring devices operating up to 5 GHz and outsourced pattern measurement services facilities (anecoic chamber).
